Each custom cake is made fresh to order. Therefore, we require cancellations to be made 72 hours (3 days) in advance of your selected pick-up date & time. If you miss your pick-up window: We understand that things happen, but there is no guarantee that our staff can stay longer than the selected pick-up time
The vegan butters we use are temperature-sensitive. Please store your cakes in the fridge until 15-30 minutes before serving
Cakes are best served within 4 days of pick-up. After that timeframe, we recommend freezing your cake by the slice, for ease of serving
