8" Rainbow Cookie Cake Holiday Pre-Order

A 3-layer 8” holiday cake inspired by Italian Rainbow Cookies, a classic found at most Italian-American Christmas tables. Almond-flavored cake layers in the colors of the Italian flag, filled with fruit preserves and covered with a chocolate ganache frosting. Serves 10-12 generously, or about 16 smaller portions.
